Getting it to you

Delivery & Collection

How your order is sent

How long it takes

Once your parcel is on its way you will get an email to let you know. Delivery times are given by the courier and are not guaranteed, especially in the run-up to Christmas.

Local collection

If you are local, you are very welcome to collect your order in person rather than pay postage. Choose collection at checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a time and place that suits.

Delivery area

Orders are posted anywhere in the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like something, please send me a message before ordering and I will work out the postage for you.

Fairs and markets

If you would rather see something in person first, have a look at where I am trading next — you are always welcome to come and pick it up from the stall.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, or it turns up damaged, please get in touch and I will sort it out. Your rights if an order arrives late or damaged are set out in returns and refunds.
